Booking Information
High Season
- Event weekends, long weekends and April, July and October School Holidays.
Low Season
- All other times.
Weekends
- Easter Weekend (Sites & Chalets) – 4 Night Stay Minimum
- Long Weekends (Sites & Chalets) – 3 Night Stay Minimum
- Weekends between April to October (Chalets) – 2 Night Stay Minimum (at Manager’s discretion)
Checkin
- Sites from 12:00pm
- Chalets from 2.00pm
Checkout
- Checkout sites and chalets – 10:00am
- Stay an extra hour (10am-11am) – no charge (only if not affecting next booking)
- Stay extra half day (11am-5pm) – 1/2 day charge (only if not affecting next booking)
- Stay until after 5pm – Full day charge (only if not affecting next booking)
Pets
- Pets welcome on caravan & camping sites. Pets must be on a leash at all times. No pets in chalets, camp kitchen, ablutions or laundry.
Deposit Policy
- High Season: bookings require a 50% deposit for on-site accommodation, powered and unpowered sites – to be taken at time of booking. 72 hours grace for a deposit may be used at Manager’s Discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to collect deposit.
- Low Season: bookings require a 50% deposit for on-site accommodation – to be taken at time of booking. Powered and unpowered sites may require deposits, depending on demand for that date. 72 hours grace for a deposit may be used at Managers Discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to collect deposit.
Discount Policy
- ONLY ONE DISCOUNT GIVEN AT ANY ONE TIME
- CMCA Members receive 10% discount Low and High Seasons. Must site a valid CMCA card (as requested by the CMCA).
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations will incur a 15% Administration Fee.
- No refund will be given to any booking cancelled or amended less than 7 days prior to stay.
- No refund will be given if booking is cut short.
